Apart from being the IELTS test center, Alisttest has been appointed as a representative of British Council to be an official authorized Aptis Test Center. We are presently open to public for anyone who would like to take a proficiency test to assess English Language ability in all 4 skills – Reading, Listening, writing and speaking, mapped to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).

Type of Aptis

1. Aptis General
The test assesses in 4 skills, and it is a suite of English tests for adults and young adults, open to public. The test results are reported on a numeric score scale and mapped to CEFR level from A1 to C.
2. Aptis for Teachers
Same as Aptis General, Aptis for Teachers tests all four language skills and gives accurate results mapped to the CEFR from A1 to C level. Aptis for Teachers has been specifically designed for the education sector. The test content relates to teachers and the scenarios they come across every day. As a result, questions are familiar to them, allowing them to focus purely on the language used.
Aptis is not only used to determine the English proficiency levels of English teachers, but it also assess English language skills of teachers or academic staff. Aptis for Teachers can be fully identifying English language levels of students on teacher training programs in a reliable and efficient way.
3. Secondary English Test (Aptis for Teens)
Same as Aptis General, Secondary English Test assesses all four language skills and gives you accurate results mapped to the CEFR from A1 to C level. Secondary English Test has been specifically designed for for 13- to 17-year-olds. The test format and question types have been adapted to reflect activities that typically occur in a teenager’s everyday life, including social media, homework and sports.

Like all, test is defined to assess English language ability from B1 to C2 on the CEFR and is for higher level test-takers.

B. Aptis – Englist test for Schools, Colleges & Universities
Many education sectors such as private schools, universities, international schools use Aptis to assess and monitor the English levels. Aptis is enables to efficiently assess and monitor the English levels of your students and teachers. Also, they use Aptis to place students in the right courses of your students and teachers. Aptis can ensure reliable admissions, placement and exit processes. The result is accurate and quick evaluation of English skills mapped to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).
Test Structure

Aptis test evaluates the English language proficiency in 4 skills and consists of five components: core (grammar and vocabulary), listening, reading, speaking and writing.

- Measure the English language ability in 4 skills; Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking and Grammar & Vocabulary.
- Administration time is approximately 3 hours
- Delivered on Computer
- Starting with basic questions allows individuals to build their understanding and confidence, then the task will become more difficult as the test progresses.
- Test Taker may be taking one skill component (for example, listening) or all four skill components, depending on the requirements of the organization or institution.
Registration for the Aptis
Aptis tests are onsite test and delivered by computer.
Remark: Please check seat availability with Admin staff before making a payment.
- Tests will be held on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
- Tuesday & Thursday: test session is 9.00AM-12.00PM
- Saturday: test session is 1.00AM-4.00PM
Rules & Regulations of Registration
- Fill out the online registration form on the website (click on the Register button below) by completing all sections of the booking form that are marked as mandatory fully and truthfully.
- If the test taker has taken an examination, he/she can contact the officer via Line for a retest.
- After completing the registration, Admin staff will confirm the registration via Line or E-mail. Please read carefully the details of registration.
How to register
- The Test taker must be at least 13 years old.
- The valid National ID Card or Passport will be used for registration.
- Register at least 7 days before your desired test day on first-come, first-served basis.
- Once your online registration is completed, you must pay for your registration as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours.
- If payment was made, the test taker may not be rescheduled in any circumstances. Registration fees is non-refundable and non-transferable in all cases.
Fees & Payment
- Fees must be paid in advance. The fees are paid in full.
- The test fees is THB 3,200. The fees is subject to change according to the promotions. We kindly ask you to check the price with the Officer.
- You are welcome to visit our offices and make your payments at Front Desk by cash. Or, the payment by bank transfer must be made to the following account.

- To request Tax Invoice, please contact our Admin staff via Line app after completing the payment by providing full details of information. The request must be submitted within the same month of the payment made.

What to bring on the test date
- Original valid National ID Card or Passport
If you registered by using ID Card, please bring your ID Card and present at the registration.
If you registered by using Passport, please bring your passport and present at the registration. - We kindly ask for your cooperation to wear facial mask during the examination of when you are in the Center to prevent the spread of respiratory illnesses or viruses.
On the Test Day
- Please arrive the Test Center at least 40 minutes prior to your scheduled testing time.
- Morning session; the exam room will open at 8.45AM.
Afternoon session: the exam room will open at 12.45PM. - Late arrival is not accepted.
Morning session: the test starts at 9:00 am and if you arrive late, you may not be allowed to take the test with no refund.
Afternoon session: the test starts at 1:00 pm and if you arrive late, you may not be allowed to take the test with no refund. - Present original National ID Card or Passport for checking in procedures.
- Please wear proper dress and casual. No short pants are allowed in the exam room.
Examination Score Announcement
- Quick and reliable results in just 48 hours
- A scale of 0 to 50 for each skill tested and a score for the Grammar and Vocabulary component
- A CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) level is allocated for each skill tested from A1 to C.
- An overall in CEFR level if all four skill components have been completed.

Score Report
- Your official score report is typically available in 7 days.

At The Center:
The Official Score report will be available at the Test Center. Test Taker must present the original ID Card or Passport for receiving.
Mail Delivery:
The Official Score Report will be mailed to your address if you requested. The EMS fees is Bt.50. - Test Scores will be valid for 2 years from the test date.
